First of all install Dxtory , then replace the .exe with the crack.
Install now Lagarith Lossless Codec.

When I limit the "Limit Video FPS" as you said at 20, my SAMP FPS gets limit at 20. Can you help ?

I didnt say to put 20 , that was just an example. Put the value you want ur FPS at
