E' lo stesso, è l'ASI loader che ti serve anche per l'Interface per esempio

Rettifico: con tutte e 4 le cose, sia con Fraps che XFIRE attivo gli FPS mi stanno fissi sui 27, ma riesco ad avere un gioco più fluido di quando faccio 27 FPS, sembra che ne faccio un 35 credo :O

i 2 dll servono per caricare i file "asi" (asi loader) come cleo, steammemfix e altri..

For Fps increase guys u can disable accelerate of sound in directX. Start->run->dxdiag->sound->Disable.
P.S. Don't put basic or smth. Just disable and see
